Changeover day is usually Saturday, but flexible.  Short breaks are possible for a minimum of three nights.  Rates range from £750 to £1,170 GBP per week depending on season.  We request a 20% deposit with booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before your stay.  We also ask for a £100 deposit for property damage, which is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused.

Linen and towels are provided, and heating and electricity costs are included.
